Welcome to Solum
Formed in July 2008 Solum Regeneration is a partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property as a vehicle to regenerate a number of railway stations in the South East of England.
Solum is currently working on projects in Epsom, Maidstone East, Twickenham, Walthamstow, Wembley, Guildford, Redhill, Christchurch, Canterbury West and Hayward's Heath. These sites form the basis of the ten-year, £500m venture.
The Solum approach is to create value through mixed-use developments providing station and environment improvements to the travelling public.
